Your 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or Canadian registered charity must have at least one director who is 18 years of age or older residing in the 50 United States, D.C., Puerto Rico or Canada, be aligned with one of the contest categories outlined in the OFFICIAL RULES, be approved by the Internal Revenue Service or Canada Revenue Agency as a tax-exempt, charitable organization as of May 16, 2025 and maintain its tax exempt status (i.e., good standing) until the end of the Contest Period.

Please upload a short video (maximum 3 minutes) outlining how your organization can expand its current efforts with the help of a new Land Rover Defender 130. Your video entry must address the following:

Showcase the Nominee organization’s mission, values and activities, bringing to life the passion, energy, scope and enthusiasm of staff and volunteers, and illustrating how the organization aligns and represents the values of Defender Service Awards and those of the category sponsor; AND
Describe the urgent and immediate needs the Nominee organization’s efforts address in the community; AND
Explain why the Nominee organization would like to add a new vehicle to their current operation; AND
Share how a new Defender vehicle would benefit the organization’s ability to serve the community both short and long term, including detail on how one or more features of the Defender vehicle will be used to enhance operations or expand your mission.

Amateur videos are welcomed. Entrants may use any type of video device to record videos, but it is recommended all videos be filmed in the widescreen or horizontal screen orientation. Please include the name of your organization in the file name of your video.
